How do I pay for a product purchase?

We offer you multiple payment methods. Online payment by debit card as a prepaid option. If we are not able to pay prepaid here is an another great option available of Cash On Delivery.

What is Cash on Delivery?

If you are not comfortable making an online payment on our Portal, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep without any hassle, with the any kind of advance payment

What are delivery Charges?

Delivery charges are applicable to all products same RS-199/-. Product price and delivery charge will be shown separately on the product page. We generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Will I get a call before delivery is attempted?

The day we will attempt to deliver your order, we will notify you via an SMS. Additionally, we will call you if we are unable to locate your address

I was not at home when the courier person tried to deliver the order. How can I get my order now?

The field executive will make no less than 3 attempts to deliver your order at your address. If you wish the order to be delivered at a preferred time or later date, please coordinate the same with the field executive/ courier person, when he gets in touch with you If we fail to deliver your order after 3 attempts, the product(s) will return to us and our support team will contact to you regarding non delivery of product.

Return/Exchange policy?

Anand India offers Return & Replacement from the date of delivery of the product but it is differ from product to product.We do not accept partial return or replacement.Our exchange service is free.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

You will get a call from our support team regarding cancellation confirmation, and fund will be transferred to your account withing 15 working days.
